During the month of September, we recognize National Hispanic Heritage Month by recognizing the work of LISTA (Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association).
On Tuesday, September 15, we are honored to have three guest presenters. Jose Marquez-Leon is the National President, CEO, and Founder of LISTA. He acts as lead advocate on state and federal issues related to the role of Latinos in the technology sector. Jose will discuss LISTA’s national and local projects. Accompanying Jose is John A. Simmons III, LISTA’s Director of Strategic Relations & Member Services.
Claudia “Havi” Goffan is recognized as an expert in Latino Marketing. Claudia founded Target Latino to show American companies the importance of the U.S. Hispanic market. Claudia will share her expertise with us as she addresses social networking with focus on Twitter while showrooming. How to leverage it to increase sales.
